The Kellyville Riding Club ("KRC") web site is intended to provide information about the activities of KRC. All care is taken to ensure that the information provided on this site is true and accurate. However, the Webmaster and the Executive Committee of KRC take no responsibility for the consequence, adverse or otherwise, of using the information. Equestrian activities are inherently dangerous and serious accidents leading to injury, disability, death or damage to property can and do occur.
Information provided on this site may contain typographical errors and may be changed or updated without notice. All events run by KRC, and advertised on this site, are subject to the vagaries of the weather so may be cancelled or postponed at any time. Users are advised to visit the KRC web site regularly where every effort will be taken to keep details of competitions and other club activities up to date.
KRC Inc is not responsible for the content of any sites linked to from the KRC web site and does not accept any responsibility for any content or the use of information included on linked sites. While every care will be taken to ensure that links included on the KRC site are accurate, linked-to sites may become unavailable from time to time.
KRC Inc is not and cannot be held responsible for the content of any sites that link to the KRC web site.
Material that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal or otherwise objectionable will not be accepted for publication on the KRC web site. Any material published in the Guestbook or submitted for inclusion on the "Noticeboard" page that is deemed by the Webmaster to fit any of the above criteria will be removed forthwith!
Only financial members of KRC are permitted to upload information to the KRC web
site. Any non-member wishing to place material on the web site must submit a request to the Webmaster. Permission for non-members to publish material on the web site may, in some circumstances, have to be approved by the Executive Committee.
All file uploads and submissions to the "Noticeboard" or Guestbook will be monitored by the Webmaster.
Certain areas of the web site are accessible to financial members of KRC only. These areas contain material such as the minutes of club meetings and the club newsletter.
No personal data of users will be passed to any third party. Only financial members of KRC have the ability to access their own contact details and alter them online. Only elected KRC Committee Co-ordinators have access to the complete KRC membership
list.
The KRC web site does not use "cookies" to track users of the web site and access logs may only be accessed by the Webmaster.
Any material such as images, text or files may be downloaded from this site as long as their use is for a strictly non-commercial purpose. KRC Inc owns the rights to use,
reproduce or distribute the information on the KRC web site. The copyright on any material submitted for publication to the KRC web site will be automatically transferred to KRC Inc unless previously advised by the submitter. Material submitted for publication, where the author wishes to maintain their copyright, must be accompanied by a written permission to copy or reproduce the material for the purposes of inclusion on the KRC web site.
